Our Annual Eid Gathering also took place this year, in which we had many events such as the president’s speech, the children’s programme, our financial summary and the history of JMA. It was wonderful to see the talents the children in our community had to share with us all.
Jaffna Muslim Association has been very focused on individual cases this year, especially regarding children and medical assistance. Some of the projects that we assisted with included sponsoring a very ill boy in Mullathivu to build necessary bathroom facilities costing Rs.50,000/= as well as donating a tricycle to him in order to support his rehabilitation. …
